Our Commitment
At PDT Peruvian Travel, we are deeply committed to preventing and condemning the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in the context of travel and tourism. We recognize that tourism must be an engine for sustainable development and the protection of human rights.
As a responsible travel agency registered under the guidelines of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), we strictly adhere to current Peruvian legislation (Law N° 28251) and other regulations that seek to eradicate and penalize any practice that violates the physical or psychological integrity of minors.
Our Agency Policies:
- Zero tolerance: We do not allow or facilitate any sort of activity, either direct or indirect, that involves the exploitation of minors.
- Continuous training: We keep our entire staff alert and equipped to recognize situations of risk and properly interact to prevent them.
- Constant collaboration: We work together with hotels, restaurants, local operators, and government authorities to ensure clean, ethical, and safe tourism.
- Mandatory reporting: We have the obligation and moral duty to report any suspicion of ESNNA related networks to the Peruvian National Police and competent authorities.
Help Us Protect the Children
We invite all our travelers, collaborators, and clients to play an active role in this cause. Sustainable tourism respects the host community and protects its most vulnerable. If you witness or suspect a case of exploitation, please do not hesitate to report it confidentially to the National Police, or by calling the toll-free number 1818 (Peru).
